The main design influence is the city vista from the urban green to the east of the site. Two office towers are designed as urban windows, overlooking the city and seen as city landmarks. The core of the towers are located on the west side, protecting offices from the western sun and leaving the eastern façade for the vista. Balconies surrounding the offices will easily provide fresh air to office workers, which they lack in buildings with complete curtain wall systems.
